We are pleased to announce the release of the Cell Cycle Ontology (http://www.cellcycleontology.org) version 0.9.8. For this release, up-to-date data from the main sources (GOA, GO, UniProt, and from orthoMCL execution) has been integrated. Please refer to the ontologies on the download section (http://www.cellcycleontology.org/download/ontologies). Moreover, CCO can also be explored from the BioPortal (http://www.bioontology.org/ncbo/faces/pages/ontology_list.xhtml) as well as from the Ontology Lookup Service (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ontology-lookup/).
