CCO can be queried, explored and visualized via the DIAMONDS platform. The Applet Visualization tab from this platform provides an interface to retrieve CCO entities and to build in turn a network of terms. Within the visual interface, each node (CCO term) can be expanded, collapsed, zoomed-in/out, etc. Networks can also be exported in several graphical formats (such as JPEG) as well as stored in XML format. This platform can be accessed from: http://crunch.fvms.ugent.be:8080/diamonds/faces/wellcome/index.jsp The following image shows the local neighborhood of the term WEE1_ARATH (CCO:B0002337) retrieved from the CCO knowledge base and displayed within the DIAMONDS platform:
