Cell Cycle Ontology

The Cell Cycle Ontology can be queried in different ways: interactive and non-interactive.

Interactive mode: Users are allowed to not only inspect the knowledge but also to fetch data according to his/her requirements by using filters, combining different sources, and so forth. This interaction currently could be done by means of SPARQL and OWL-DL.

Non-interactive mode: Users can only inspect statically the knowledge and are limited to the output and features provided by the tool. Presently, CCO can be queried in this mode by using the Ontology Lookup Service (OLS) as well as the BioPortal.
