OBO to OWL mapping: We have developed a set of tools (perl scripts) for parsing OBO files as well as transforming OBO formatted files into OWL (obo2owl) ones and vice versa (owl2obo). The last version of these modules can be obtained from: OBO perl API. Besides, some details of this mapping can be found in the article: "A cell-cycle knowledge integration framework" as well as in OBO in OWL. We are constantly improving and completing this mapping since the Cell-Cycle Ontology is available in these two formats.
